Our pricing is therefore tailored for every size of building.

We install into COMMERCIAL properties, either as part of a new build project OR planned renovation work.

We install into RESIDENTIAL properties, including flatroofs, extensions, garages, porches.

Firestone™ EPDM is guaranteed for 20 years.
It is still working today though, after more than 50 years!

  • ballasted system
    The Firestone EPDM Ballasted can be applied on any building that can accommodate the extra load of the ballast and where the roof slope does not exceed 1:6.
  • fully adhered system
    The Rubbergard EPDM sheets are fully adhered directly to the substrate using Firestone Bonding Adhesive. Adjoining sheets are overlapped a minimum of 100mm and the seams are spliced with Firestone QuickSeam Splice Tape.
  • mechanically attached system
